Meet your Coach ✳

Hi, I’m Tawnya Nelson.

I’ve been doing this work for over 20 years—coaching, guiding, and walking people back to the most intimate relationship they’ll ever have: the one with themselves.

But I’m not here just because I’ve studied intimacy or mastered communication tools.
I’m here because I’ve lived the very patterns we’re here to unravel.
I know what it’s like to silence my truth to keep the peace.
To perform love instead of embody it.
To mistake people-pleasing for connection… and to wonder why I still felt alone.

For years, I was the woman who did it all right.
The partner, the fixer, the emotional anchor.
But underneath the roles was a deep ache—because I hadn’t yet come home to myself.

That’s why this course exists.

Because what we’re unraveling here isn’t about perfecting your relationships—it’s about returning to your body, your truth, and your power so you can create love from a place that’s real.

I’ve worked with CEOs, couples, high-level creators, and deeply sensitive souls who thought they had to choose between success and connection.

And what I know is this:
When you learn how to relate to yourself with honesty and reverence, everything else—your relationships, your voice, your intimacy—begins to align.

This is the work.
And it’s my honor to guide you through it.

Course FAQ

  • This is such a sacred and honest question.

    First, let me say:
It’s incredibly brave to do this work when your partner isn’t in it with you.
    And it’s also incredibly common.

    Here’s the truth—
We’re often so used to relating from roles, codependency, or performance that when we begin to reclaim our truth and body, it can feel like we’re leaving them behind.

But you’re not leaving them behind.
    You’re returning to yourself.

And when you return to yourself—
when you stop managing, fixing, or waiting—you become more honest, more grounded, more magnetic.

Instead of trying to pull them into your process, ask yourself:

“What part of me still believes I have to disconnect from myself in order to stay close to someone else?”

Because that’s the pattern we’re breaking.

The real work isn’t to make your partner change—it’s to stay so anchored in your truth that they feel the shift…
and decide whether they want to meet you in this new level of intimacy.

Sometimes, when one person shifts—the dynamic slowly evolves too.
And sometimes, it becomes a clarifying mirror.

    Both are information.
    Both are movement.

You can love someone deeply while no longer shrinking to keep the connection.
You can honor where they are, without abandoning where you’re going.

    So the question becomes:

“Can I love them… without losing me?”

That’s what this work is about.
And that’s what you’re already doing.

  • That makes so much sense.
This work is designed to touch things you’ve kept buried for years.
Not because you’re doing it wrong—
but because you’re finally safe enough to feel it.

What you’re experiencing isn’t too much.
    It’s just honest.

And this journey doesn’t have to stop here.

There are deeper ways we can walk together—ways that hold your unfolding, not just your insight.

If you’re feeling ready for more intimate, personalized support, I offer several next-level experiences depending on what you’re craving:

    • A private 1:1 mentorship container, where we walk this work together in real-time

    • My advanced group programs, for those ready to deepen their embodiment, expression, and co-creation in community

    • And for those who want full immersion—I offer in-person retreats that are designed to shift you at a cellular level.

You don’t have to hold this alone.
And you don’t have to figure out your next step in your head.

If you’re feeling the pull, let’s explore what deeper support looks like for you.
You can apply or reach out anytime—and we’ll feel into what’s most aligned.

    You’ve already begun.
Now we get to ask—what’s the most loving next step?

  • First—thank you for your honesty.
I get it. You’re used to building, performing, succeeding.
You know how to move fast, push hard, and make things happen.

But here’s the truth most people won’t tell you:

    You can’t bypass embodiment.
You can’t outrun your nervous system.
And speed without depth is just another version of avoidance.

That said—yes, it is possible to move faster…
But only if you’re willing to move honestly.

If you want acceleration, it requires:

    • Telling the full truth

    • Feeling what you usually skip over

    • Staying with the discomfort instead of jumping to the next solution

This work can move quickly—if you’re ready to be fully in it.
If you want real results fast, don’t just do more—be more present.
Show up. Feel it. Get support. Move when it’s aligned.

The fastest path is not hustle—it’s honesty.

And if you’re truly ready to collapse time around this work, that’s where my private containers and intensives are built for you.
We go in. We don’t hold back.
    It’s not for everyone.
But if you’re serious? We move.

    Let’s talk.
